At the end of August, SANY Heavy Equipment inspection team went to Cajamarca, a province of north Peru, where was covered with high altitude mountains. In here, our machines were distributed dispersedly, and were very difficult to find, just like hiding among the mountains. Therefore, sometimes it took one whole day checking only one machine. For a few days, we met customers in the city and inspected their SANY machines in the mountains. Most of the machines had good performance and the customers were also satisfied. Sany India
Another day, our team set out again for a SSR120 soil compactor. As we visited the customer and gave them free filters the day before, we know this machine was working on a 3500m high altitude area.There were mountains around. Road Paver We passed various dangerous maintain roads, like bottomness cliffs aside, temporary bridges set up by wooden plates, etc. Our service vehicles sometimes spiralled up a mountain, and sometimes went down to another.After several hours, we found our compactor working on a mountain. At that time the map showed the elevation is more than 3500m high.
Without rest, after agreement we asked the operator to move the road machine to the roadside and stop. And then we talked with him about the performance of the roller, while our service engineers were checking the machine. Motor Grader The operator said the compactor had worked for nearly one year on that worksite, and there wasn’ t any failure could cause machine stopping work, and the altitude there almost had no effects on its performance.
Our service engineers checked the Road Machinery carefully, with taking photos and notes. After that, an operator training was held, about operation and maintenance, which are most useful for operators. Befor leaving, some small gifts were given to the operator.When going back, after sending the inspection report and the recommended parts list made from the inspection result to the customer, one day’s inspection work could be finished.
